Looking for a talented writer or illustrator to speak at your school, library or next event?

Many of our SCBWI Carolinas members are professional and experienced when it comes to speaking at schools, conferences, parent meetings, and festivals of all kinds. Some have developed programs that are grade-specific, and leave children of all ages excited about both reading and writing by the time the author or illustrator leaves the classroom. Others can help teachers with their writing programs by offering carefully-developed programs of their own that encourage a love of writing, some valuable guidelines, and exercises the children can use again and again as their writing develops.
